         Apple adopted remove “strain relief” design a few years ago,it brings the revolution of power cords design.As the society developing,it has been the trend,more and more companies remove “strain relief” follow this trend.

        New design show people better cosmetic,it’s transmitting people the feeling of “clear,brief&smart”.But as for us mold maker,it means our job become more arduous,because it’s easy to get flow line and product decentration under large injection pressure.What’s more,it increase the buyer cost due to complicated design.
